(Checks must be received within 5 days of order) We will cancel any reserved Class or Gingerbread Party time that goes unpaid after 5 days.

CLASSES: Your payment will confirm your space, and is refundable (see REFUNDS below) only if we have at least 48 hours notice and are able to fill the spot from the waiting list.  If there is no wait list, we will not be able to refund your payment or move your registration to another class, because we have scheduled the class and bought and prepared food for it with an expectation of a minimum number attending to make the class viable.  When you do not attend, we lose that investment in food, staffing and time.

As a small business working to be sustainable on very slim margins, we cannot absorb such losses and continue to offer dynamic hands-on classes.  Thank you for your understanding and support.

GINGERBREAD HOUSE PARTIES: Your Payment will confirm your space, and is refundable (see REFUNDS below) only if we have 48 hours notice or you switch to another available date. We do have Gingerbread House Kits to take home if you need to cancel your date but still want the house, icing and candy.

REFUNDS: Credit cards will be charged the 3% processing fee.
