Cooking Classes make great Gifts!

Farm Kitchen Cooking Classes are a hands-on learning experience brimming with laughter, personal instruction and good things to eat before, during and after! Classes by Hollis Fay, Barbara Jeantrout, and other experienced guest instructors cover breads and pastries, main dishes, seafood, sushi, side dishes, vegetarian cooking and much more. Morning and evening classes start with a preview taste, then everyone gets in the action with kitchen work, and the sessions usually conclude with a shared time of enjoying the fruits of the labor.

Gift Certificates to the upcoming Winter Quarter of Classes make great holiday gifts for experienced cooks ready for new inspiration or for those new to the kitchen. Class list will be posted on the Farm Kitchen website in December and begin in February.
